A 30-Hour training course for teachers and dedicated students that blends the physical capacity of our bodies with theory, metaphor, and a fresh approach to yoga asana. Grow your knowledge to fit the postures of daily practice to our individual bodies for strength, comfort, and support. 

This training is designed to help you find joy in being yourself within the yoga practice and to ignite the magic that lives within through self-appreciation and self-acceptance. Learn the paths of working through yourself to tune into your essence nature on a deeper level. 

This course is a sub-module to our Daily Sadhana & Body Reading. It can be taken as a stand-alone module and be considered an element of a more comprehensive course.

What to expect:

  • 4 full days of in-person study
  • Daily asana practice
  • Q&A related to daily body reading topics
  • Lecture and asana demonstration of the daily topic
  • Practical application, adjustments, student body reading, movement breakdowns
  • 6 months of access to digital material to support your learning. 
  • Digital course opens Oct 1, 2023. The digital content is provided as a precursor to the live event. 

This course is intentionally only offered in person. Space will be limited.

*Session One - 9:30 am - 12:15 pm 

 Lunch - 12:15 pm to 1:45 pm

*Session Two - 1:45 to 4:00 pm 

Saturday and Sunday 

*Session One - 2:00 pm  to 4:30 pm 

Break - 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm
