Awakening Yoga is a little bit of everything — a modern method of Yoga Asana, a style of practice, and a movement map connecting a global community of practitioners and teachers who keep returning to the work.

This style of practice was created and developed by Patrick Beach and Carling Harps through years of self-practice, teaching, and close attention to the real bodies in front of them.
It grew from watching students meet the same questions again and again — across different rooms, different bodies, and different moments in the practice. Over time, a movement map began to take shape. One with enough structure to guide the way, and enough space for each practitioner to keep finding their own.
