BODY READING + ADJUSTMENTS with Carling Harps
This 30-hour course offers an accessible and engaging opportunity for yoga teachers and practitioners to deepen their understanding of movement and refine their approach to teaching. Over the course of four days, participants will explore how to better observe, understand, and support the unique needs of each student.
Through a blend of daily practice, hands-on learning, and group collaboration, this course provides practical tools for teaching with greater empathy and precision. The emphasis is not on rigid adjustments or achieving perfection, but on developing a thoughtful, student-centered approach to movement and support.
Participants will also receive six months of access to a digital course, including lecture content and reference material to support ongoing learning.
