Event: Mobility Meets Asana with Carling Harps
Location: Om Culture, 2210 N Pacific St, Seattle, WA 98103
Dates: April 11 – April 13, 2025

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that Awakening Yoga Academy and Carling Harps (the "Producers") will be filming and photographing portions of Mobility Meets Asana for educational and promotional purposes.

Consent to Use of Likeness

By signing this release, I grant Awakening Yoga Academy and Carling Harps permission to capture and use my image, voice, and likeness in any video footage, photography, or audio recordings taken during the event. This content may be used for:

  • Online courses, workshops, and educational materials

  • Promotional content, including social media and websites

  • Other media related to the event and future training programs

I understand that most of the footage will focus on instructional content, but that background imagery may include event participants. If I do not wish to be filmed, I acknowledge that a designated no-camera seating area will be available.

Ownership & Rights

I acknowledge that all recordings, footage, and materials are the exclusive property of Awakening Yoga Academy and Carling Harps, and I waive any rights to inspect or approve the final materials. I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of my likeness.

Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless Awakening Yoga Academy, Carling Harps, event staff, and any associated parties from any claims related to the use of my image, voice, or likeness in connection with this event.

Opt-Out Option

I have been informed of the designated no-camera seating area. If I choose to sit in this area, I understand that my image will not be intentionally recorded.
