In a joint partnership, Just Breathe, and AYA come together to offer a deep dive into the quintessential quiet practices of Meditation & Breathwork.

This 35-hour online (Live-Community) module led by Michael James Wong, founder of Just Breathe and co-taught by Carling Harps & Patrick Beach of Awakening Yoga, offers you the subtle practices of quiet connection through breathwork, meditation, and deep rest.

These essential practices are designed to support your body, mind, and spirit as well as provide the tools to share confidentially with your students.

Just Breathe uses a comprehensive method of functional, systematic breathwork techniques coupled with a multidisciplinary approach to meditation. Within the course, students are given the tools to construct breathwork and meditation practices using their NSRT - Nervous System Response Techniques. This research-based method utilizes a variety of specific practices to calm the mind, reduce hyper-stimulation, lower stress, and cultivate deep inward attention.

35 hrs of total content:

  •  3 x 5hr sessions – Live online Zoom (15hrs)
  •  Resource lectures, techniques library, and practice sequences (20hrs)

  • 35 CEU hours with Yoga Alliance
  • 300 Hour Advanced YTT eligible
  • Just Breathe Level 1 Certification - 30 hours
