The Art of Instruction is a 40 hour in-person program designed for those who have already completed their initial 200 hour certificates and are ready to step firmly into the Seat of the Teacher with authenticity, clarity, and purpose.
Impactful teaching is a craft that goes far beyond lovely poses or flashy sequences. It takes time to reveal enough about ourselves in order to tease out the authentic teacher that lives inside. Grounded in practice, experience on the mat, in the texts, and always as a lifelong learner. Becoming a teacher is not a one size fits all approach.
If you are ready to move past just a copy+paste approach to your teaching, this is the course for you. Find your natural teaching rhythms, sharpen up your cueing, speak with confidence, and get clear on what you offer, and how you offer it best to bring more students into your classes and more purpose into your teaching.

This is a development-style course and all students are expected to be active participants in their own learning.

Morning Session - 9:30am to 11:30am Daily Asana + Pranayama
Lunch Break - 11:30am to 12:30pm
Afternoon Session - 12:30pm to 1:30pm Lecture/Discussion
1:30pm - 3:00pm Small Group Concept Work
3:00pm - 4:00pm Teaching Exercises
